Global IP Solutions Nomination Committee

Nomination Committee for the period 2009-2010 has been appointed and consists of the following members:

• Hans Erik Johnsen appointed by Geveran Trading Co Ltd
• Dag Sørsdahl appointed by Kistefos Venture Capital
• Rolf Hodne appointed by Hodne Holding AS
• Ditlef de Vibe (Chairman of the Board of Directors of Global IP Solutions (GIPS) Holding AB (publ))

Shareholders may propose to the Nomination Committee, candidates to run for a seat on the board or other proposals. However, proposals must be received eight weeks prior to the annual general meeting.
